Taxi to National Car rental post-cruise?

Has anyone taken a taxi to National car rental after the cruise? Was it difficult getting the cab? Any suggestions to make it run smoother?

Call Yellow - they have a negotiated 14$ rate. I called and told the dispatcher which sign we'd be under and in 30 seconds he was there.

I got in the line for taxis - they called one for us. They charged us almost $30 to get to the National office - good thing I was using a free rental reward that day!
