no, there's nothing to pay when you arrive or leave

If you mean duty free shopping then there is one duty free shop.

Tax is paid everywhere else.

Alcohol, cigarettes, perfume mainly and no only available on departure.

It's a very basic duty free shop at MCO I'm afraid. Plenty of alcohol and chocolate though. The duty free shop at Manchester airport is much better!

Once you're through Immigration into the USA there are no Duty Free shops available at MCO, there's regular tax on everything you buy (like a local).
