tattoo parlor questions

Are there any reputable tattoo parlors near Disneyland? Like a cab ride away. This isn't for me... it is for someone who is looking for a non-Disney tattoo.

And if anyone knows of any, do you know how much they charge? I guess if I at least gets some names of places, I can look further into that when I look them up online.

I cannot recommend Jason (all the guys are great but I have personally gotten work done by him) at the tattoo gallery in HB. They don't have flash on the walls so you need to bring your ideas and any photos if needed with you.
