Does a four year old need a carseat? I know it's safer and I know about the DE, but I'm curious about super shuttle.

We are bringing one for our 5 year old. I read on their site that they do not provide them, and its the law in CA that children be in one.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if they were technically a "shuttle" or not. I guess it's the express for us!!
