The first picture was taken last Wednesday am. The CMs were planting browse. By the time I returned to the Sunset overlook in the afternoon, the animals were enjoying it.

The next afternoon I walked out at roughly the same time and saw just a couple animals in the distance so it does vary.

The pictures of the lounge don't do it justice. The view of the lobby is great!

Yes, we enjoyed the Kilimanjaro Club very much. Friendly CMs and the view from the lounge is great. We'd stayed there once before. That trip our room was on the 5th. We much preferred being on the 6th. And I loved the overhangs on our balconies. Really added to the atmosphere.

The offerings were fine. My DH really enjoyed the appetizers. But I didn't like the current setup for hot tea. The cappuccino machine there these days just uses these funny little capsules. Regular and decaf are in urns. For tea, a plastic carafe of hot water is set out. The water was usually just warm when I poured although I'm sure it's hot when first set out. I took to pouring one cup and taking the nice large cup and saucer back to the villa to make a truly hot cup of tea.

We had the same issue with the "hot" water for the tea. The tea selection was spectacular though! LOVED the desserts from Jiko in the evening offerings at the lounge. We did finde they went fast though!

Ooh, thanks. I'm a big tea drinker and love the idea of "selections" vs. most places where it seems you're lucky to get a tea bag (at least around here). Tea and a dessert from Jikos-now I'm really excited to try the Conceirge.

You have some excellent views of what I call the "people pens" in your pictures. Your room was much better than any of those with the people pens in front of them.

The picture weren't taken from our villa but rather from the Sunset overlook on the lobby level. It's right by the DVC booth.

Our room was club level but faced the pool. I loved it. The colors of the sunrise relected on the walls and artwork were beautiful. A real memory was made for me.
