it's been a few years since we've been to WDW...is Sum of All Thrills a newer ride? Did we miss it last time we were there(dec 2007)? Can anyone tell me if this is a must do ride, it looks like fun! Saw on touring plans that it doesn't usually have that high of a wait since it's not on most peoples radar...

It's slow-loading, so the wait typically is in the 30-45 minute range, and often more. It is relatively new.

I went on it this past October after hearing so many people mention it.

If you like that type of simulator and going upside down a lot, then maybe you will enjoy it.

I don't like going upside down and was expecting something more realistic, so I made a coaster that was just fast with ups and downs and turns. It wasn't realistic at all IMO, and my head kept getting banged up on the sides of that thing around the screen that goes around your head.

I wouldn't do it again and had I known what it was really like, I wouldn't even have waited in line for it.

But, maybe I just expected too much from it.

I didn't consider it a must-do but we still managed to squeeze it in last time around & the kids LOVED it, so now they can't wait to do it again.

I think they really just liked the whole process of designing their own coaster.

It can be confusing because it isn't a separate 'ride' - it's actually inside Innoventions.

It was a bit of a snooze for me. If you want to try it, do it right after you've done Soarin and Test Track - the line will not have built up much yet. It's true that it's not on most people's radar - so the line builds as people start exploring the Innoventions buildings and come across it.

I don't know how new it is, but it's my favorite attraction at Epcot. The line doesn't get very long but it does move rather slowly. I try to do it in the morning right after the major stuff (Soarin/TT/MS).

I think it's a snooze fest and not worth any kind of wait.

It's been there a while, but I don't think it was there in 2007. I'm guessing about two and a half years.

Cyberspace Mountain is MUCH better.

Not a ride for the claustrophobic.
