suggestion for best place to get skis?

Either used or new? We are trying to locate some new/fairly new nice skis for a Christmas present! TIA!!!!!!!!!!

....has great discounts on new equipment (I've seen 50-70% off). The only thing is -- they only sell one thing at a time until it's sold. So you would have to wait around to see if skis come up. Sounds like a long shot.... but you could score some skis at a great price.

You could also try backcountryoutlet.com, seems like they have some good deals also, but not so deeply discounted. Hope that helps a bit.
