Submarine excursion in "Curacao" - Westbound Reposition cruisers!

No, we were not claustrophobic. It was just DS6 and I. DW opted out for that reason. You have to enter down a ladder through a hole, if you get through that part alright you will be fine. Inside it is fairly spacious and you sit sideways facing out a large porthole window. It was a really fun time ... this was in St. Thomas.

We did this in Cozumel (I think it's the same company), and it felt spacious with large porthole windows. We didn't experience any seasickness, and really enjoyed this excursion. My biggest stress was that my stupid camera refused to focus on anything except the glass of the porthole and I couldn't get any photos.

I noticed the photos we took out of the windows on the opposite side came out much better than the ones on our side. Our side were very green, as the other side were much clearer and you could clearly see the subject of each photo.

As far as seasickness, we didn't experience it and no one else in our group did either. I am sure if you are concerned and take a Bonine you would be fine. Have fun! <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008_ZSYYYYYYYYUS' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/14_1_35.gif' alt='Submarine' border=0></a>
