Stir Fry Vegetables

1/2 C. sugar snap peas
1 C. red cabbage, shredded
1 small head Bok Choy Cabbage, shredded
1 C. mushrooms
1/4 C. red peppers, sliced
1 C. carrots, shredded
1 lb. lo mein noodles, cooked
2 oz. Teriyaki sauce
Dash Sesame oil, enough to coat the pan or Wok
Heat skillet or Wok. Add all vegetables. Saute one minute. Add noodles and sauce. Stir vigorously and serve.
