Stateroom Question! Please help!

Hello All... We have payed for the cruise and the stateroom we reserved is a Cat 05E (stateroom with verandah) but there is no stateroom number yet. It says we have "guarantee status selected". What does this mean? When we reserved the room, there was no "stateroom" to select? Is this a bad or good thing????

It simply means you haven't been assigned a stateroom number yet. Usually about 30 days out (sometimes less) you will be able to log in and you will have a stateroom number where it now says GTY. No worries though you will have a cabin! Maybe even a little pixie dust will come your way and you may end up with a free upgrade! In any event you definitely will have a cabin in the category you selected maybe like I said even an upgraded one, but nothing lower than a 5E. Have a great cruise!

Further, if there were any cabins available in the category you selected, you would have been able to select it.
