I hate to ask this as we are seriously looking forward to returning to wdw but my husband has just realised that we are planning our return visit next June whilst the world cup is on. Does anyone know if there is anywhere on property that we would be able to watch the matches if it fitted into our plans ?

Most of the sports channels on the regular hotel rooms tv's will have the world cup on. Also try the ESPN restaurant, but it will be packed. Having said that by the time you go it will be down to the final 16 so not many matches and with the time differences you may be back in the hotel for a late afternoon break.

There's the ESPN Club at the BoardWalk, and the Orlando Ale House at Lake Buena Vista is almost onsite.

Maybe theres only 31 screens paul and you were seeing double with all the cheap beer.

Did you have Capt Jacks dessert? DS usually has that there. Will miss eating there this August with free DDP.
