I voted for option #1. Why?
1) Its your birthday.
2) You may never have the chance to stay at PVB again.
3) Getting to Ohana's and back by bus is inconvenient.
We are in the same boat this summer. The logistics work out better for us to stay a couple of nights at PVB and then move over to BCV. But what works for us may not work for you. Do what you think is best for your vacation. Its a tough choice, but both are excellent options. Try not to over think it. Pick one and have fun!
