I'm new to this thread, but glad to see there is a Dis recipe exchange! Do any of you have any Disney recipes that you like well enough to serve for holidays? Do tell....popcorn::

I'm glad you found us! I won't be cooking anything for Easter - we'll be eating at the "bingo hall" with my parents (aka retirement home LOL). I don't think of Disney recipes at Easter so much - mostly because I rarely cook. There are a lot I make at Christmas though.

The Broccoli Cranberry Salad from Cape May is really good and something I think of at Easter. And if you'd like a sweet bread instead of rolls, how about the Wilderness Lodge's Strawberry Banana Bread? Yummy! :teeth: The other things I used to take to Easter dinner when my sister cooked aren't Disney recipes. Things like scalloped potatoes, corn souffle/casserole, endive with hot bacon dressing and of course the obligatory green bean casserole. LOL

But there are a number threads where people have talked about the Disney things they've made & enjoyed.

That's an index of the recipes in the Recipe Exchange thread, but in post #10 there is a list of the reviews people gave to recipes after trying them, as well as tips or tweaks they made.

That one has pictures of the foods once made.

The second one is just a discussion of what we like to make.

There is a lot of yummy info there! I am having family at my house this year for Easter brunch and wanted to try a new recipe or two to see if any would wow the Disney fans among us! Thanks again :goodvibes
