Our last final day! I was going to head to the parks and hop around for the last day, but P chose not to come with me.

By around 8:10 I was on the bus to AK. There was a lot I wanted to do, especially the shows and the animals. I was planning to ride Everest too, and likely Dinosaur.

I went through and my MB wouldn't let me in! I wasn't keeping track of how many days that I had been in the parks, and I'd used up all my ten days! I was so disappointed. That is horrible. I thought I had another park day, but I didn't. I was sad and sickened almost. I would have stayed really late the night before had I realized I had no more park days! All those little visits in the evenings when the others were done at the extra parks. Eugh! I should have bought an AP! Maybe one day!!!

So I just walked around to the bus stops and picked a resort that I'd never visited.

It was odd for me to get off the bus and have to walk through a parking lot to get to the resort. I guess at POR you kind of do that too.

There was a family who got on the bus with me, along with their mugs. I guess they got on the wrong bus, they wanted to get on the internal bus. I felt bad for them, they were flipping out because they weren't going to get breakfast or something.

Because I was solo, I took the time to browse around as much as I wanted to, but I was feeling sad as it was my last day AND no parks.

I thought about food, but I wasn't quite hungry, so I didn't get to eat at WPE this trip. So long a trip, and I missed so many things!

I did spend some time in Goofy's candy. I got some treats to eat on the way home and some others for the kids at home.

I waited for the bus and when he asked which resort (between Riverside and POFQ) I said POFQ because I wanted to take pictures. It was weird because he didn't go to POFQ even though EVERYONE on the bus wanted to go to POFQ. He took us around, skipped all the bus stops and stopped at my bus stop at POR. I figured that was a sign, so I got off and confused the bus driver. I just said I'd walk to POFQ. LOL

It did seem I had to wait a bit for the bus.

On the day we were at MK, we looked around for someone that did drawings like these. We didn't find one so they drove back to All Star Sports for P to get one, even though I told them I was pretty sure someone did this at POR. Oh well. They did that, and they liked it, so all is well.

I stayed in the room to pack all my stuff, and I called the number to book a bounce back! Woohoo! I had booked a room at Pop Century for Aug with free dining! The only thing is that now I don't think I'm going, but I'm too afraid to cancel it just in case! Hahahaha

The others went out (I'll show their pictures soon). Then we spent most of the day inside as it POURED! I mean disgustingly full pouring. Heavy, heavy rain and lots of thunder and lightening.

My supper was a pb & banana toasted sandwich, and to be honest, I could have eaten it more often! It would have saved me a ton of money. LOL And then eaten lots of other things too.

We knew we would not be able to eat breakfast at the resort as we had an early flight. Our flight left at 6:45 am, so we were likely picked up around 3:30 am. YUCKY!

The others walked over to POFQ and took some pictures. I am a little jealous as this had been my plan but I didn't get there. Oh well, maybe next trip. It totally all depends on who I go with. LOL I am in the talks for a March break 2016 trip with a sister, her hubby and 2 or 3 of her 3 kids. The oldest will be 21 so it all depends on if he wants to go. I took him to WDW when he was in grade 6 I think, the year his mom and step dad got married. They have two little girls, one is 7 and the other is 4, so it all depends. If I go with them, I doubt the girls will want to do much hotel exploring, nor will the 21 year old. My sister will though, so depending on if we ditch the dad and kids or not, I may see some other resorts. If I go with Blanche or solo, then yes, I will do some resort photography time.

You know, I've stayed at (in order of appearance) Pop Century x2, POFQ, ASMusic, ASMovies, GF, POR, then Pop Again, and then ASSports and then POR again. I've only been in the pool at Pop, at ASMu, and once at ASSp (and flashed the world... ) I need to get a good bathing suit and get in those pools sometimes. I used to love swimming. I was always called the fish anytime we went anywhere with a pool or the beach. Weird!

Love the parade shots. I don't think you can have too many. I took hundreds!
I would cry if I got to AK and found out I didn't have any park days left. That totally sucks. But it looks like you made the best of the day and did some other things. I swear no matter how long you go, there is just not enough time to do all you want to do. My husband can't figure how people would fill a week at the parks....I could fill a month easily!

I did book it. And I think I'm not going to be able to go to Spain now (my car is literally falling apart! Note to self: get undercoating on all future cars!) because I need a new car, but I need to travel somewhere, so it will likely be Disney! Blanche might be joining me again. We got up really, really early because we had an early flight home. Our flight was at 6:45, so we likely got picked up around 4. We were all packed and ready to go. I don't remember who got up when, but we were up and sadly walked out to the DME stop. I was too sad to take out my camera to take any pictures. I didn't even take out my cell for a long while.

I don't believe the flights were uneventful. We flew through JFK again and into Halifax. I do have to say that the Halifax customs area is really pretty and nicely done. I should have taken some pictures, but honestly, my hands were full! I had two suitcases (the new one and the old one) plus my Mickey carry on bag, plus my camera bag. I don't remember if P carried Dumbo for me or not.

We got in the car and were in time to take the ferry across to PEI instead of the bridge.

It's funny because I usually see someone I know. I bumped into a student in DHS once, plus a colleague, once I bumped into someone I used to babysit in an outlet in LA. But I usually see someone in the airport on my way home. This time I was saying that I hadn't. I did find another Kindergarten teacher on the ferry though.

And once home, there were extra people in the house so I slept the next 5 nights or so on a love seat in the basement! LOL Let's just say I was really excited to get my own bed back once I did.

The trip was a lot of fun. We had tons of laughs. I did a lot of things that I'd never done before, and I got back to the Harry Potter stuff. Q and I have been talking and we think one day we might try again. LOL Too funny!
