It always did before. And if memory serves, I think TT was just about the only thing open. I loved coming in through the International Gateway and seeing an empty UK...

Spaceship Earth also used to be open and I think Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. What was open at Epcot always more random than the other parks. The best thing about EE day at Epcot, IMO, was that you could eat breakfast early at the Garden Grill and then pop over to the park that had EE the day before. I hope they bring that back.
