So frustrated with GF IPO...considering a switch to the Poly...

The WL/Poly are together
the CR/GF are together
and YC/BC/BWI are together
they are all busy plain and simple but the GF/CR staff isnt consistently doing their jobs and they do a poor job
its a fact from reading these boards
People are consistently complaining about it
both resorts are awesome and I love staying there but they need to fix this
Sometimes I feel like printing out all these threads and mailing them to the GF Manager
It makes me mad that so many of us pay to go their and receive such bad service

Kelly: I think that is a GREAT idea. I am of the belief that if i don't know it's broke then I can't fix it!!!

We need to let them know it's broke. Heck, I will do it... where do I mail it?

I wasn't impressed with the IPO. As a matter of fact, I ended up making my own ADRs. After a bit,I was so disenchanted that I switched to a suite at the Dolphin.
