Well, well, well... I thought I'd you know that following Alamo's bully selling tactics, I wrote and complained. Today, checked my bank account and they have refunded the price of the upgrade (the upgrade we didn't need!) a result for the small guy!!

Sounds great! Is it true that all the insurance you need is included in the price you pay for the car? If so, we were tricked into buying extra insurance after our flight too. Oops.
