Sleeping arrangements for infant and 4 year old?

We cruised with DCL in December 06 when DS was 18 months. We are looking into going again in 9/2009 with (hopefully) another addition to our family. DS will obviously be out of the pack and play and we are looking at the same category (deluxe oceanview) as before. Remembering the layout from last year, where would DS sleep if we had a pack and play for the hopeful new baby? Would we be terribly cramped?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Pull-down bunkbed maybe an option, they do have railings.
