SkyLine Drink Passport cost

What is the cost of the drink Passport on the Fantasy? We loved the SkyLine lounge on the Dream and am looking forward to it on the Fantasy. Second question if the wife doesn't like the drinks of the selected cities, can she still use the passport to get a better deal on the more standard martinis?
