Single Serve Fountain Drink

At a Disney hotel, in the past, a single serve fountain drink could be refilled a couple of times within a 30 minute (ish?) time period. Is that still the case? Or is it now just the single use?

I know that with refillable mugs, you can refill within thirty minutes, but I don't know about regular cups.

I have done some investigating.
You are able to refill 3 times in a one hour time period.

Bought them in September, and yes we filled a couple times. We were going straight to park so did not try to get a refill to go.
