Sending parcels to Tropicana

Has anyone had parcels sent to the Tropicana? Do I need to ring them first?

I haven't. I've had them delivered to Hojo though. I emailed them and they told me exactly how to address the label to make sure it got to them. I received all of my (hundreds) of parcels, so all was good.
