safe sea in November

I was planning on buying a bottle for our april cruise and was wondering if we would need more for November trip?
There website said sea lice was only march through September

We have cruised 5 times in early November; both the Wonder and Magic. Anniversary. We have never had a problem with sea lice, bugs, jelly fish etc. I would still bring sun screen though.
