My parents will be arriving at the Fort tomorrow. They've been stranded in the Atlanta mess, so their camper needs a good wash. Is there anywhere close to the Fort where they can spray off their camper? They're stopping for the day today in Jasper. So bummed I'm not with them!

We always pull our motor home into the Blue Beacon Truck Wash off I-95 at Brunswick Georgia.

They have some along the I-75 corridor as well.

You can search for locations on their web site. http://www.bluebeacon.com

We always stop at the truck wash that is at the last exit off I75 before the turnpike, there are dozens of signs leading up to it so its hard to miss. Once done at the wash its on the turnpike where everything dries up quickly. I think it costs around $60 for our 31ft + car

this place, 75ChromeStop, is at exit 329 in Wildwood south of Ocala on I-75 at exit 329 might be the place you are thinking of. It is right before the turnpike to Orlando.

Great! Thank you everyone! They're checking into the Fort today. It's hard not to be jealous...It's been a long winter here in Ohio! :P

Yes, that is the place we go every time we head for the Fort. They have always done a great job and are very fast, normally there are at least 4 people working on your MH and car.

Thanks for posting about the Brunswick Georgia stop. Took a satilight look at the area and found it has a Comfort Suite right across the street. DH loves that chain of hotels and would make a great overnight stop for us before we get to the fort. We can park the RV at the pilot truck stop and spend the night at the hotel if we want to. Especially if we bring the inlaws that will be staying in a cabin at the fort when we get to the fort. They can stay at the hotel while we stay in the RV at the truck stop so we each have our space for the night before we arrive.

Hi
Thanks for the link to the chrome shop. Would you have any idea of prices? We have a 20 ft B class van. The location would be ideal as it is on our planned route.

My parents did end up going to 75 ChromeShop. They said it was very easy to find, and they did a GREAT job on their truck & fifth wheel. It was $70 for both. They said they'll stop there again!

Thanks for the info on prices. My DH is very keen on keeping his "baby" clean! Will have a shining van for arrival at the Fort.
