When the park opens in the morning there is a rope across the entrance. There is just about every character there to greet you.
It's a huge welcome to the everyone waiting to get in at the opening of the park for the day!!
It's almost like a mini production!! It's a lot of fun and a great take for the kids,heck even for grownups too!!!:

If you have a plan, go early before the time it opens, maybe 30minutes may do.
