Room request question?

OK I just switched from BVW to AKL concierge and wondered who I make a room request with the concierge staff or the regular booking number. Any tips for a 2 queen bed room on the concierge level at AKL would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

I think you would definitely make that request through the concierge IPO. I think you will have no problem getting 2 queen beds. I think most of the rooms have them.
