Hi

If I make today a room only reservation, when Disney announces the 2019 rates, will I'll be able to convert that reservation to a package without losing my room type?

I understand that special promotions (like free dining) might not be available But I'm talking about the Dining Plan and tickets without any discount.

Thank you for your help ! :yay:

You will have to cancel your room only and book a package. As long as there is availability then you'll be able to book your preferred room type.

I thought I just needed to add the tickets and the Dining Plan (without any discount ) to my room only reservation. Now I know I could loose my preferred room type due to availability.:furious:

Thank you for your help!

Yes. Room Only and package reservations are on 2 different systems. So a Room Only can't just be converted to a package. It has to be booked as a package.
