DH really wants to stay at the Ron Jon Resort the night before our cruise. Does anyone know the cancellation policy? I can't seem to find it on their website.

Also any info on the resort would be appreciated. Have you stayed there before? Did you like it? We will probably get in around 3 PM on Friday afternoon so we won't have a lot of time to spend there.

We are staying there after our cruise, have not stayed there yet. I do believe it was a pretty standard cancellation but I am not sure. I do know that they are not the easiest to get ahold of. Either no one answers or the line is busy. I did finally get someone though, not on weekends.

We live in Florida and have stayed at Ron Jons. Its a beautiful resort. They have an indoor play area, a lazy river, free putt putt and a small movie theather . We all loved everything about this resort

I believe you have to cancel within 72 hours or something like that. I didn't see it on the website until we actually booked our room. I'd rather call and talk to a person though. My family stays there all the time, we love it.
