Hey... Random question. When people list their price per point is that the total cost (mf, costing, point cost) divided by the points purchased? Or JUST the price per point the seller accepted?
I listed mine at the total cost but now I wonder if I did it wrong. The seller accepted $75 per point on my Ssr contract. Day 20...while I'm happy with my contract I also think it it doesn't pass I would go for one that was loaded. "mine" has 71/225 for 2016 which is OK, but think I really underestimated the loaded contracts when looking.

It should be the agreed price per point, but I'm noticing people are forgetting to put their closing costs and 2016 dues, if applicable, in the total.

I think you are missing your closing costs in your total? Good luck with ROFR!
