This is our first time buying DVC and we are so excited! Hopefully I did the layout correctly :)

Erin D --- $82-$11,361-133-VWL-DEC-0/16,133/17,133/18-Seller pays 2016 MFs - sent February 15

WDW Couple---$116-$5070-40-BWV-AUG-40/15, 40/16, 40/17- Sent to ROFR 1/20/16

Seller pays 2015 MF - Buyer pays 2016 MF and closing

This is an add-on to our recently purchased 200 SSR points. Not 100% happy with the price but we really wanted a smaller point contract in the EPCOT area.

WDW Couple---$116-$5070-40-BWV-AUG-40/15, 40/16, 40/17- Sent to ROFR on 1/20/16 - Passed ROFR on 2/15

Contract cannot close until after July 5th which was agreed upon from the outset. 2015 points were banked already

Getting closer . . . Passed ROFR on 2/3 and got our closing papers today. Hope we don't have to wait too long to get our number. Still hoping to make the EPCOT Wine and Food festival this fall.

We also secured another smaller sized contract which now puts at the point level we were looking to be at (SSR/200, BWV/40 and VWL/50)

WDW Couple---$101-$5377-50-VWL-AUG-0/15, 50/16, 50/17- Sent to ROFR on 2/12/16

Buyer pays closing costs and 2016 MFs. Seller responsible for 2015 MFs

just got word today - submitted to Disney:

Passed today! Just got the email from realtor about an hour ago:

bradykp---$87-$17315-180-AKV-Oct- 180/15, 180/16, 180/17- sent 1/21 passed 2/15/16

Now waiting 30 days for estoppel. Do they normally take the full 30?

When is your closing date on your contract? Disney advised my title company (***) as of 1/4/16 they would provide this information two weeks prior to closing (I have not seen on this thread if that has been enforced yet).

You can see by my signature line, mine took more than a month.

Ours took under 2 weeks from passing ROFR to having the closing contract in our hand to sign. I was expecting longer, but happy it was shorter.

How could I find out my closing date?

Which broker did you use? I wonder if the difference in estoppel time is because of the broker, the person at Disney who gets your file, or the dynamics of the contract (like if they find problems with it).

Mine was on my original contract I signed with the broker after the seller accepted my offer.

Who sent you the email that you had passed ROFR, The Timeshare Store or Magic Vacation Title? Just want to know who to bug, lol.

You don't need to bug anyone. The day you pass ROFR, you will be notified by The Timeshare Store via email.

This is more than 30 days... Have you reached out to your resale company to get an update?

Thank you! I knew it felt like forever but I hadn't done the math recently. I just sent an email, hopefully will hear back soon.

WOW!! Do you mind if I ask what this was listed at?? per point?[/Q
He mentioned it was listed at $89. The next question should be: "Where did he find it?"
I'm sorry but I don't believe for a second that Disney waived a BLT contract that is loaded for $89 per point. I also don't know where this would be listed. If a legit resale broker listed this at $89 shame on them! I am a seller and if a broker I trusted to give me their professional price opinion and then under priced my contract by an easy $25 pp, I would be extremely upset. Did anyone else happen to see this listing and know what resale company listed it? Not trying to be rude but something is 100% off.
