I dont know which was more appropriate, however It's either 78 or ~72 depending on which way you look at it. Offer was $78 + 2015 fees, which works out to about $72

Was the seller paying the 2015 fees?

Either way, you would have to put your actual price per point, which is $78. If you are paying 2015 and closing, your total would actually show as about $23000 for your entry, as it's your total cost paid. Hope this helps!

So is it true that many people are paying $0 closing and $0 mf at closing? I only ask because I noticed that the "total" section for many people seems to simply be pricer per point x # of points. Just curious if ours is out of the norm (seller already paid 2015 mf, but we are paying closing). I guess my first offer should have included seller paying closing costs?

I have yet to understand why Disney didn't snag it. No way it should have passed. I purchased it just because it was so low but I was in fact shopping for AKL but got more year at BLT for the same price

Just found out today that I passed ROFR. We are glad the wait for ROFR is finally over. We won’t have points till UY 2017 but still happy overall with the contract.

They had their contract listed at $82/pt so I offered $73/pt, they came back with they would accept the offer if I paid closing costs and next year's MF's.
