Yay! I am very excited. The low point contracts move fast. We are not going to Disney in 2015 so I have lots of time to plan out 2016.

Just an update on the timeline. Got my closing docs on Saturday 10/11 and returned them this week. Still not finished or in Disney's system but getting closer

Were your sellers British by any chance?

No, but I know my sellers had a couple of contracts they were selling via Fidelity. Just was curious. Another individual in this forum had some difficulties with (my) sellers defaulting after passing ROFR- hoping that doesn't happen to either of us!

Anyway- best of luck for a smooth process from here on out!

Unfortunately our broker missed the fact there were also 41 2013 points banked into 2014 so our contract was wrong, Disney just sat on it and our broker didn't check-up until I pushed. Result is had to sign a revision to contract and now hopefully not waiting another 30 days!!!

Just got a reply from Disney, new ROFR start date 10/4!!!!!!AAARRRGGHHHH!!!
