Just got our first DVC contract sent off for ROFR!

I'm already hating the waiting!! But at least now I know it is in Disney's hands and the 30 day clock is started.

Was a bit worried that Disney wanted all the banked points (500) on this sweet loaded contract. Recently Disney has taken a lot of similar contracts but I think the September use year kept the ROFR monkey from snatching this one from us.

You noticed that too? We passed ROFR a couple of weeks ago on a loaded OKW contract with a Sept UY. I was worried because an almost identical contract was submitted and eventually taken by Disney a week ahead of ours. The only differences were $1 per point lower and a March UY. It seems that most of the OKW contracts taken lately have a UY's of June or earlier.
Btw- CONGRATS on the contract!

I have dealt with Sharon at Fidelity , and she is great . Also if Sharon is not available, ask for Shawn Ray , she is great too !
