Just joining. I'm loving your report so far. We also have 5, although ours are younger then yours. They range from 1-9. We have the opposite of you, 4 boys and a princess in the middle. Just wondering if you ever went when they were younger and if you utilized child swap? I'm trying to figure out fast passes, child swap, and riding situations.

I can't recall ever doing child swap. Because my wife has vertigo, many times she will opt out of the ride / not a big deal to her if she doesn't get to go on it. Because there are 2 of us, we can take one off to another ride. Usually I book the FP for all 7 of us, knowing 2 may not be used, for sure the 1 that can't go on it.

Chapter 6: Hollywood Studios

Glimpse of the Force

It's another beautiful hot day at the World. Today's adventure brings us to DHS...and I'm all excited to see all the changes. IMO, DHS could change all to StarWars theme. Today isn't a SW day for us, but we will be back another day

Lunch is over and it is time to burn through our FP+'s. First up, that's right, the terrifying Hollywood Tower of Terror! The 4yo did better than I expected. Such a great story and ride.

Rebel Spy

After TZTOT, we wander over to Star Tours for our next FP+. My 5yo was the Rebel Spy last time, and with 7 of us going on, we improve our odds...but not this time. No rebel's in my family.

Next up, since we did not have a rebel, I can't use Their's a Snake in my Boot. I didn't take as many pictures this trip which is both &

After our FP+'s, we head back for a swim and dinner.

Chapter 7: Magic Kingdom

Extra Magic

After dinner, the 4 oldest and I head to MK for EMH from 11pm - 1am. We arrive at sunset.

We hit up Jungle Cruise and POTC, skip the the parade, and on to BTMRR.

Give me the 'Works

The true reason for coming back tonight, yep, the Dole Whip.... Well, actually, the 5yo wanted to see the Fireworks! She didn't want to see the parade, though I would have been happy to watch it, she wanted the Fireworks. After our dole whips, we walk to the center in front of the castle and find a spot. While it has been hot, and I have been carrying my 5yo on my shoulders most of the night, I just hold her in my arms to not block the view of others.

Prepare to be amazed for yet another page of firework pictures - I took 'em, so i'm post'n 'em.

Chapter 8: Life's a Beach

Hot Cocoa
Today we are headed to Cocoa Beach. Yeah, I couldn't help - what else was I to name the chapter? We get up and on the road. Nice drive in to the beach. First stop was Ron Jon Surf Shop then a 2 block walk to the beach. I thought the beach was to be cool? It is fricken HOT! I roll out the beach towel, we get changed. Grab Mamaduck a umbrella and chair.

I am enjoying your trip report. We used to visit my grandma in Cocoa Beach every summer and I have fond memories of that Ron John's.
