This is my first forum post, so please excuse any poor etiquette!

I am going to Disney World 2/23-2/28 with my parents, sister, brother-in-law and niece who will be 1 year old.

Is rider swap only for families who also have children old enough to ride? Or could we utilize rider swap? For example, could I ride with my sister while my brother-in-law has the baby, and then take the baby so my brother-in-law and sister can ride together?

Thanks!

Nope, not just for families with small kids. It's for families exactly like yours :) You can do it exactly as you've described.

Rider Swap is when Guests take turns waiting with youngsters too young or too small to ride a certain attraction, then "swap" with another adult Guest from their party to experience the ride without standing in line twice.

That's copied from the WDW website. It will work perfect for your trip.
