Has anyone had any problems with submitting a survey/review on restaurant.com before? I went to a restaurant this weekend and used the restaurant.com certificate. The meal was inedible, service was terrible. I respectfully addressed the food quality at the time of the meal (I eat out often, and know how to be respectful to servers), but received only a shrug for a response. the only effort the server put into the meal was making sure I put the correct 18% amount for tip onto the check. When the survey came, I answered honestly and expressed my concerns. apparently the survey was forwarded to the restaurant, who actually sent me a nasty, rude email response. very professional! I forwarded the response to restaurant.com, but am now definitely weary of not only using restaurant.com or submitting surveys. Has anyone had this happen? thanks in advance.
