It's 6 am to make reservations online and 7 on the phone correct??

We check in 180 days from today for our honeymoon [two split stays] and I have a list a mile long for ADR's to make!

Yes, that is correct. With all the issues with the new website, I would just call. Will probably save you some frustration. Have a great time!
