Remy Dessert Experience

We have booked ourselves onto the Remy Dessert Experience for our upcoming cruise on the Dream.
When reading up about it it says that we will be met by the chefs, a wine waiter and the other waiters that bring us items to the table. Based on this who are we supposed to tip? Do we tip individually or one amount that will get split? Is $20 about right considering the whole thing costs $100?

You'll add tip to the room charge slip you sign at the end of the meal. It gets split according to some mystic formula that only Disney knows.

Just signed up for this experience on our upcoming Sept 7th Dream cruise. The SSC person didn't know it was offered (new to the Dream). Very limited availability. Thanks for your post, I thought (as she did) that it was only available on the Fantasy
