You make a good point and everyone has to judge on their own. Some people don't like advance FP+ at all because they feel it wedges them into a plan. It's all a matter of perspective, I see it as an option or a guarantee that if nothing else we can do these three things. If we find we don't want to or can't do these things, we don't have to. Perhaps an issue is that some are already mentally exhausted before they even arrive because they're worried about making everything perfect for everyone. I only go with two, I can't imagine a large group with multi generation or various families. If you want to do more, the option is there. If you don't, great, do what makes you happy. My only complaint is when people get somewhat judgey on others how they spend their time. If something doesn't work out for one group but does for another, it doesn't mean someone has their priorities out of line (too much time on their phone, ignoring their family, etc).
