Redeeming refillable mug

Refillable mugs are included with our dining package and I'm wondering how I get them. Do we get a coupon for them and can pick them up at any resort food court?

Your KTTW card will be credited with one refillable mug per person on your reservation. YOu just go to the food court, pick up your mugs and take them to the cashier and they will charge those credits for your mugs.
