Recommendations for Walterboro, SC and Wytheville, VA hotels/motels?

We are driving down from the Cleveland, ohio area to WDW in October. Right now, we are planning on stopping around Walterboro, SC on the way down and Wytheville, VA on the way back? Anybody stop in these cities and have good hotel recommendations? I checked on tripadvisor, but wanted to check with the disboards as well.
