Well, I'm one who recently posted about having problems with our MKPS.
We just got back from our vacation at Disney for our 1st anniversary. We hadn't been able to work out anything up until right before the vacation about our MKPS on our wedding day, but.... just before we left for vacation, we did end up getting details worked out for a reshoot. I plan to post something later on, once we get our new pictures up and I can post them.
But more pertinent to your topic is the fact that we did end up doing a re-shoot. And they were extremely careful about who they gave us as a photographer because of our problems previously. We had Amy. I'll admit - we never did end up getting a last name, but I would assume it's the same Amy someone else mentioned earlier, Amy Alexander. She was INCREDIBLE! The difference in our photoshoot this time and last time was like the difference between night and day. She was fun, and we could tell she was really enjoying the work. We did a lot of different, creative poses, but more than that, even though she did creative poses, they still used the Magic Kingdom settings well, so the pictures looked like - well, Magic Kingdom pictures. That was, once I really thought about it, one of my main complaints about the first shoot. Most of the pictures - you couldn't even tell they were taken at the MK.
And we had a meeting with someone in the photography department about our first photos the same morning as we did the new shoot, so Amy had done a quick edit of our photos so we could see the new shots that day. They came out soooooo beautiful. I can't wait until they get them up online and I get to see them again.
So, I would highly recommend Amy. I don't know when you need to choose by, but as soon as we do hear that the photos are online, I plan to put up another thread to let everyone know about the change in our status and see the new pics, so if you want to see her work for us, watch for it.
