I am hoping that I might get some ideas from fellow disers that children are sportsmen and women.... I am looking for recipes that are aimed at the particular needs of teenagers that train daily, My son is a swimmer and although we keep his protein and carbohydrate levels in food high i know from visiting some websites that there are recipes aimed at this group of youngsters. Any that you use would really be appreciated in particular those suitable for packed lunches and snacks
