rebooking ? room category

sorry for yet another rebooking question..I would like to know if you can rebook a cruise for the cheapest category room 11c or do you have to rebook a higher category in order to get the 10% off and OBC..thank you

You can rebook into any category you want and you will still receive the OBC and 10% discount. You can either call or do it online. You will not receive the difference in the deposit, though, back on your credit card. It will just be applied to the cruise balance.
