Quick Trip Cheap--any ideas?

Hi everyone! My kids are going to the grandparents for a few weeks. Husband came up with the idea for an adults only trip--next weekend! Any ideas on how to do this quickly and cheap? Does anyone know if there are "last minute deals" from Disney World? We've got a couple of old passes with extra days left on them, so we don't necessarily need to buy tickets, but we could if that would maximize a deal. Thanks in advance for any help.

Occasionally you may get last minute deals via Priceline or the like for the Swan or Dolphin, but no guarantee on that. You could probably get something last minute at a neighbor hotel the same way. Disney won't do anything with THEIR hotels, and would seemingly rather let the room go unsold than sell it at a discount.
