Quick Help Please - Ordering PP+ Disc from Trip

Our trip was in November. Pre-ordered PP+ for $150. Redeemed it at park, took tons of pixs. Great experience. Returned home. Modified pixs online. Ready to order our disc.

Put disc in our shopping cart and it says $169.

System is not recognizing that we pre-order and prepaid for the pass.

How do I get shopping cart price to change to $0 since I already paid?

I was JUST looking at this last night because I am in the same situation and will need to order my disk in the next two weeks. When you ordered PP+ you should have received a disk with stock pictures. Inside the case of that disk is a paper that has a promotion code. You enter the promotion code when checking out to remove the cost of the archive disks from your cart. Does that make sense?
