quick check thru the Grand Floridian - what not to miss

I was planning on arrival dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe for DS13 & I in Aug.
Decided we'd like Kona for dinner instead.
Since we'll have time Id like to get DS to at least "see" GF. Whats not to miss on a quick tour?

when I was 13 I liked seeing the arcade at gasparilla, the water mouse boats at the marina, the water slide at the new pool is good, and the monorail is also a big draw.
