Edward for sure.
On a side note I am a total bookworm but cannot for the life of me finish the 50 shades books. I need more plot less fluff. It is really annoying because usually j like a romance novel but I find there is just too much of the good stuff. And yes Peeta all the way if he was an option.
I had a very hard time getting through the first book.
The whole time I was reading it I was also getting annoyed at how everyone loves this book, and I was just okay with it - I just didn't get the hype
. Then I got to book 2, and I just sucked in. In book 2 we see that Ana has all the power and always did, and I thought that was a great twist. I'm not saying anything else in case others haven't read book 2 yet.
I agree with you, Slo. I liked the 50 shades series but loved Twilight better. I know that makes me some sad housewife that has a miserable life
At least that's what I have heard about women my age that enjoy these books. I liked 50 Shades because I enjoyed the story, just like Twilight. Neither series made me want to lean against the washer during the agitate cycle
I guess if I had to pick, I would go with Christian...he is human and alive
I never heard that about older women that loves Twilight - I guess that means you and I are having that sad miserable life together
When it comes to Twilight, I just read all 4 books in January after I got my Kindle for Christmas. I refused to watch any of the movies until I read the books, and having younger kids, I never got to reading these books before. So I bought Twilight, and started it with a VERY open mind. I wanted to know what the big deal was, and I was actually geared up to not love it. I didn't know anything about it, except for the whole Team Edward and Team Jacob stuff we all hear about. Then, when I started reading the books, i was sucked in, literally sucked in, and I couldn't stop reading. I fell head over heals for Edward, and I couldn't get enough of him, and learning more about him, but also the entire vampire family - I found them so cool!!!! (I actually really love Carlisle too). Anyway, I read 4 books in the month of January, and then watched all the movies.
When I read 50 Shades, I was really annoyed in the beginning with how it was so much like Twilight, and I didn't get it. Then I did some research, and found out that it was suppossed to be like that. After that, when I was reading it, I would roll my eyes to myself when something was just like Twilight. I also found some similiarities with the movie Pretty Woman - I wonder if this is coincidence or if the author loves this movie, and meant for that to happen
I had to laugh about the washer comment
I can honestly say that I was not looking for a washing machine either, but I did call it my mommy porn, and my friends would laugh
