Questions about Photopass Book and CD

Hello experts!

Could somebody please help us?
We are returning to the world this coming December and We want to do the Photopass book where they take character photos ride photos and others etc. together.

Do you recommend the CD as well?

When going on rides, for ride photos, do you put it on the pass and then pay for it later with the rest or do they charge you separately?
