Questions about new Concierge booking window

The concierge booking window used to work as follows:
130 days out you would receive email from Concierge Services explaining how to submit requests to Concierge desk.
125 days out send email with requests to Concierge desk. They are processed in order they are received.
120 days out booking window opens for Concierge & Platinum guest. Emailed requests are booked by Concierge desk.
So does anyone know how this is now working for sailings after July 14, 2022? Are concierge email requests now being sent in at 130 days out or 135 days out?
 
They are supposed to send an email 135 days out as a reminder, request submitted at 130 days.
