Hi
I have read that people transfer their reservations to Cotsco or to a Ta.
Can I do that if my reservation is paid in full?
Also if Im able to do that, do I still keep my stateroom, Palo reservation, excursions, spa the same?

i believe that you can not transfer it if it has been paid in full. hopefully someone that knows for sure will chime in.

Yep, you're right. Once it is paid in full, there is nothing left for the TA to do to earn any commission, and Disney already has your money. Sorry!
